We loved our INCREDIBLE stay there a lot. Beautiful location, incredible service and great breakfast. We had a double room which was individual and tasteful. Functional furniture and luxurious bathroom. Personnel was always available, funny people. Pool was good, comfortable to sit around.

holiday base for 3 nights. service and staff etc were great. liked that the room included a private safe, an iron and a dining area.

Definitely value for money in a courteous hotel. Everything was brand-new from the helpful service to the reasonably priced food. A cosy room with the view on cathedral. Stuff was willing to help, gentle team. We loved the brilliant location in the pretty comfortable area: D

The stay was great. This hotel was nice place for exploring Playa del Carmen, really enjoyed it. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.
